Site Visit - I490 Construction

Come tour the I-490 Tollway Project site. The new I-490 Tollway, coupled with the Illinois Route 390 Tollway, will connect businesses and communities with one of the nation’s busiest airports, transit facilities, major freight transportation hubs, distribution centers and multiple interstate highways including the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway (I-90) and the Central Tri-State Tollway (I-294).

PRESENTATION & TOUR

Manar Nashif (Tollway) and Pete Stukas (V3) will provide an overview on how the I-490 project came together from a planning perspective, the details around the massive construction that has been undertaken, and the benefi ts of the project to the region. Following the presentation, participants will be bused to the project site.
