Beth Conley is Sales Manager for Superior Asphalt Materials, a subsidiary of Geneva Construction. Her passion for networking and connecting with women in the industry led her to co-found Women Road Builders.

Julie Wrightsman is President of Maintenance Coatings Company which she owns with her Brother Jeff Schuldt. MCC is a pavement marking and traffic control company serving the road building industry in Northern Illinois. 

Tracy Morse is President & CEO of Images, Inc. Her business has helped transform strategic communications and public outreach in the infrastructure industry. Tracy built Images, Inc., to assist clients in strengthening their image and telling their story from beginning to end. She assembled a team of transportation and communications experts to bring that vision to life.

Caroline Melton is the dynamic Sales Manager for OMNI Materials’ Western Region. OMNI is the nation's top supplier of calcium-based products for use in improving the quality of water, soil, and air. With a robust background spanning over two decades, Caroline brings a wealth of experience and invaluable relationships in the construction sector. Her unwavering dedication is the driving force behind OMNI's growth strategy in the western region, with a sharp focus on elevating client services for both new and existing customers.

Janelle Rabine is the President of Rabine Group, a group of facilities maintenance companies including a national paving company and 5 self-performing paving companies located in Illinois, Maryland and Texas. She has held many roles within the family-operated businesses. Most recent of these was President of Rabine America which is a commercial paving company focusing on project management and consulting for large parking lot owners across the U.S.
